AUSTAR Mobile 'yes' Time™ Terms and Conditions

  1. 'yes' Time™™ is a special promotion ongoing with a 45 day notice period if it is withdrawn.
  2. 'yes' Time™ applies to calls made by Optus Mobile Digital customers to other mobile users on the Optus Mobile Digital Network. The best way to ensure you are calling another AUSTAR GSM or Optus GSM Mobile customer is to check with them before taking advantage of 'yes' Time™. It is your responsibility to ensure the mobile number you are calling during 'yes' Time™ is on the Optus Mobile Digital (GSM) Network.
  3. 'yes' Time™ excludes some call types including SMS, MMS and Optus Zoo.
  4. All 'yes' Time™ calls are free for the first 20 minutes. The remainder of the call will be charged at the appropriate AUSTAR Mobile call plan rate.
  5. 'yes' Time™ applies to all calls made and received in Australia.
  6. Optus reserves the right to cease the 'yes' Time™ promotion at any time without notice.
  7. To enjoy the 'yes' Time™ deal, all calls must commence between 8pm and midnight, 7 days a week.
  8. AUSTAR reserves the right to withhold the 'yes' Time™ promotion from any customer using the promotion in a manner deemed unreasonable or excessive as per the AUSTAR 'Fair Go' policy.
  9. AUSTAR GSM Cap plans are not eligible for the 'yes' Time™ promotion.
  10. 'yes' Time™ is a trademark of Sing Tel Optus Pty limited.
