AUSTAR Mobile provides our customers with a Tax Invoice each month.
As an AUSTAR Mobile Customer, you are invoiced for your mobile phones services on a monthly basis, with access charges in advance and call charges in arrears.
Paying your AUSTAR Mobile account should be simple and convenient. That's why we give you a range of ways to pay.
BPAY Now you can pay with BPAY - a special feature of phone and internet banking.
It allows you to pay your AUSTAR Mobile bill through your own bank or participating financial institution.
And you have the choice of paying from your credit card, savings or cheque account.
Direct debit You can have your bill payments deducted automatically from your bank account or credit card.
You'll still receive your bill in the mail before the due date, which gives you a chance to review your calls.
To arrange a direct debit, contact AUSTAR Mobile customer services on 132 592.
Please have your bank or credit card details ready. We can arrange it all over the phone for you, with no signatures required.
Phone payment You can make a payment by phone, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with our automated phone payment system.
Ring 132 592 and follow the prompts.

Paying by post Send your bill payment slip with your cheque, money order or credit card details to:
AUSTAR, Locked Bag 3400, GPO Brisbane QLD 4001
Your payment slip is the bottom of the first page of your bill.
Remember to write your account code or mobile number on the back of your cheque or money order.
Australia Post You can pay your bill by EFTPOS, credit card, cash or cheque at any Australia Post Office.
You must take your original bill with you. A payment at Australia Post will take 24 hours to process.
If you're disconnected because of overdue payment, you may be charged a fee.
If your payment is overdue, you should ring AUSTAR Mobile customer service on 132 592 to avoid disconnection.
